This year, it brought a lot of happiness and great time spent with close ones. Preparing cards, eggs and Easter cake has never been more fun!

We went all organic on dying the Easter eggs and used natural stuff like tea.

Raluca’s BDay Card on Demand

It all started with the request and was followed by a tone of ideas.

Her sister told me she?d like some powerful colours. At that point, I had no idea that the color I chose was about to become the colour of the year. So, the sister chose some bits and pieces of materials to put on the card. I chose some as well. Then, I started placing them on cards to see how they match, blend in and finally stay. Though I made some sketches of the card, it ended up a bit different than initially planned. It almost always does. 🙂 Both sisters loved it.

Christmas Homemade Gifts for the Loved Ones

F22_1024 This Christmas I wanted to surprise everyone with special gifts. So, beside the handmade cards I prepared, I wanted to give something different than the years before.

I looked up and found  some good recipes of breakfast cookies and biscuits Though I have never tried them out before, after the first batch, I got really confident it would come out great and tasty. And so it was!  

Then, I wrapped them up using some tin foil and card for the base, cling film (plastic wrap) and string. And that was all.

It ended up being an awesome idea turned into great gifts for everyone. F33_1024

Mushroomica’s Birthday Card

Every card I make has a story – the story of the one I make it for.

We’ve started calling her Ms. Mushroom, when a German friend of ours thought it’d be easier to recall her. Later on, the name got modified and turned into something nicer: Mushroomica.

So, what else could she get on her birthday if not a card with a lovely mushroom on it?!
