Well, who would have thought that a rain full of love is so powerful and filled with so much positive energy? I guess a Gorjuss girl is always welcome into bringing good vibes and sending the best wishes to a birthday girl.

These new stamp sets from Santoro are a delight. I fell in love with the Gorjuss girls a long time ago and I think it will kind of last forever. And if there was something missing (like a nose and a mouth, for example) … I’ve been trying to do my best in adding that. It’s really a pretty tough thing to do, especially if you do that after colouring everything in.

So, the card today is a birthday one for a great person in my life. I cannot thank enough for having her around. And I think no words could do her justice for what she really is.

With all the rain around us, I thought of colouring light using Papermania watercolour pencils. I stamped the photo frame corners in gold pigment ink to add a soft touch to the card. And I tried to keep it simple and elegant. Delicate – would be a great word for describing it. Enough said, I let you enjoy the photos.
