Petals and Leaves for a Special Day
Petals and leaves say good morning to you today!
The handmade card was created for a dear friend of mine to share on March special days. Yet, I am not sure if she’s kept it for herself or not. 🙂 It is one of the 5 card set prepared for her and there was a mini box to accompany it.
To make the card I used a thick cream card base, some die cut leaves and petals. The leaves were die cut out of kraft and green card using the Xcut die set with the same name:

. The petals were die cut out of red soft felt using the
Mini Flower Xcut die set
. The sentiment was stamped onto an oval frame die cut using
Anastasia Tag die set
from WPlus 9.
In order to give dimension the central piece was adhered to an oval adhesive foam pad die cut just the same. Some red adhesive gems made the central disks of the petals.
And there it was!
