Today, I have a shaker decoration to show you. I also call it a Dancing Penguin Shaker Ornament.
It looks pretty simple, but I can tell you it takes quite some time to make it ready to be added on your tree as a decoration. Let’s say that I worked an entire morning just to create it. Shakers have an awesome effect especially for children. And this one was a gift I made for my lovely niece Antonia.
To create the shaker I die-cut 3 times the WPlus9 Anastasia Tag out of thick kraft cardstock. I ran two of them through my XCut machine and die-cut the shaker window using the oval frames that come with the tag. I have also die-cut a piece of acetate and a double -sided foam adhesive with the same tag die. I adhered the foam adhesive to one of the tags with a window frame and ran through the die-cut machine to make a window in the foam adhesive pad too. It’s been quite a challenge to make it to the end!
