Hello everyone! Hope your day started with a smile and happy thoughts.

The post today is about two cards I made using these lovely angels. The #digistamp comes from Gerda Steiner Designs. I have discovered her page while following Julia Altermann’s creations and videos. Gerda creates such cute characters and I am so grateful for all of them.

Now, on to the cards, I can say that I adore this angel as it reminds me of my niece Antonia. Just look at this adorable face!

I added some pink for the cheeks with a Promarker. For the hair I used around 5 – 6 Promarkers for the one with the lightest hair. For the other one just 2: Poppy and Cocoa. The dress is coloured in with Pastel Green, the stars with Gold and the light bulbs in Crimson. Since these were Christmas cards with angels, I added some shine and sparkle using Glossy Accents on the lightbulbs and Wink of Stella Glitter in clear on the wings, dress and on the angel halo (glory).

Loved the way the cards turned out! So, so proud of the colouring!
And what matters the most, is that one of the cards reached my friend on Christmas Eve and that was such a blessing and joy for her. Exactly what she needed! She called me and told me how this made her day and filled her heart with happiness, with kindness. So happy to be able to bring joy with my artwork!
